The Ezra Construction and Development Group has officially declined to implement the Presidential Order issued by President Salva Kiir, citing that the President’s order lack basis over the investment agreement. In a directive to Mr. Wondimu Tenkir, the managing director of Juba Electricity Distribution Company (JEDCO), the company emphasized the need to halt any actions related to the Republican Order until further discussions are held.

 

According to the document copied to the Ministry of Energy & Dams and the South Sudan Electricity Corporation, the company said its seek clarity on the Republican Order’s implications.
