Young SSUF Leader, Dr. Sunday de John mourns the untimely passing on of Dr. Wantok, who died in Nairobi, Kenya

I learned with sadness of the untimely passing on of   Dr. Amon Wantok today. Dr. Wanton was a revolutionary cadre whose contributions were and are of note. He was an intellectual whose traits are desirous and subject of emulation far and wide and had led an exemplary life manifestly seen in his intellectual property, the book he authored. This Egypt educated doctor (Vet) of Cueibet genealogy had proven beyond reasonable doubts his status as a statesman with unique characteristics of a true son of the soil. He was an elder that rendered unsolicited, life-changing advise to myriad of ardent youth and elders on equal measure across the divide. His passing on this untimely is a setback not only to his family but to the entire nation. It is upon this that I am sending my sincere condolences to his family, in-laws, friends and relatives and on the same token; urge them to remain calm keeping in minds that the loss has shaken all of us to the core but it was beyond our control. The giant has fallen; but we all must be courageous in the face of adversity and pursue his legacy with due diligence. May God comfort the family in this trying time. May the good Lord rest the soul of Dr. Amon Wantok in Eternal Peace. Dr. Emmanuel Sunday de John Chairman, South Sudan United Front-Progressive(SSUF-P). Nairobi, Kenya.
