Musician Larson Angok arrested – Reports
Reports on various social media pages alleges that a prominent South Sudanese singer Larson Angok has been arrested in Wau.
The singer has been critical recently of the government and has made series of posts on social media calling out the government.
His song “Miith Muk SPLM,” a song that questions the government leadership abilities was shared widely when he premiered it on YouTube.
In the song, he criticizes the ruling party, SPLM of negligence, corruption among other vices.
Angok wrote on his Facebook page on Sunday that the warrant of arrest had been issued and though all Government security agents are hunting for him.
