Governor of Jonglei State Condemns Looting of WFP Trucks Bor County

The government of Jonglei  state condemns the looting of WFP vehicles loaded with humanitarian food at Pakuaw junction  in Bor  county. The looted food is for vulnerable  populations of Jonglei  state.

The incident happened around  7 00 PM at the gate of the WFP  compound.

 Our  forces managed to captured four ( 4) criminals and they are now being taken to juba for furthered investigation. The state government has directed its security forces to  work day and night to recovered the looted  food.

In addition, the government  of Jonglei state will carry out  a night patrol around the town .Jonglei  state government would like to assure humanitarian  partners of its full support and corporations
