Breaking News: Forces loyal to General Simon Gatwech Dual declared the control of Northern Upper Nile
The war has ended, in Northern Upper Nile!
The office of information for the Sudan People’s Liberation Army in Operation, SPLA (IO) would like to inform the public on the deadly operations which blasted for a week and officially come to under control today early this morning.
Moreover, the forces loyal to the First Vice President (FVP) Dr. Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon, have finally surrendered and handed over their military logistics to the SSPDF at Al- Masakbel and totally become a part and parcel of the SSPDF from today.
Al-Masakbel Fort, where they are located is at the Western bank of the Nile, adjacent to Renk in Northern Upper Nile.
Yesterday evening, the SSPDF forces at Al-Masakbel, took over the control and gave them foods, and none food items for emergency sustainability.
The SPLA (IO) under command of the Chairman and Commander in Chief, 1st/Lt Gen. Simon Gatwech Dual, has undoubtedly cleared the ground once, and for all.The mighty forces still remain vigilant, ready to protect the territory and the cause.
