BISHOP DAVID KIIR MAYATH CALLS MORE EVANGELISM IN SOUTH SUDAN TO FIGHT ISLAM

Bishop David Kiir while addressing thousands of congregations in Eldoret, Kenya on Saturday has called for more support of Evangelism in South Sudan amid deep competitions among different denomination like Islam which he calls a ‘threats’ to Christianity in the area.
“It is time for us Christians family and friends to emphasized on Evangelism in Panrieng diocese and threats of Islam in the area also need us to fight that war is for all of us We have many refugees from Nuba mountain and Abyei and part of north Sudan with more Muslims coming to South Sudan with aims of preaching Islams to the communities South Sudan,” he said.
He appeals to South Sudanese to come together to curb the spread of Islam in the country.
“The brewing influences to the community in the area to become Muslims need all of us to united and stand to fights Islam in the country,” he adds.
He continued saying that Evangelism can unite all sections of South Sudan and help fight the division that has currently engulfed the country.
“The more seriously we take the Bible, the more effectively we will be able to deal with all types of threats and divisions in our community,” he said at Light House church in Eldoret Kenya, where he visited South Sudanese congregation living in Eldoret, Kenya.in the same occasion pastor in charge. Pastor John Ayuel Wuor urges social media to stopped attacking servant of God. He continued saying that we as a church we will not respond to anything in the Facebook.
