Tearz Ayuen’s recent effort to discredit Napoleon Adok Gai involved spreading false information. One of the baseless claims he made was that Napoleon was illicitly diverting funds through a company named Bridge Employment Solutions, which he alleged had undergone a name change to AWT Enterprise Ltd.
He mentioned that Bridge Employment Solutions swiftly entered the South Sudan market following the successful acquisition of a $1,000,000 contract from the National Communication Authority (NCA). Like many of his previous works, this story is completely made up, full of falsehoods, and motivated by a desire to defend his uncle, Michael Makuei Lueth.
Bridge Employment Solutions has issued a formal press statement categorically denying these claims. The clarification provided stated that the company has never undergone a rebranding process and has no affiliation with AWT Enterprise Ltd and did not acquire a contract worth the amount mentioned.
Tearz’s supposition that Bridge Employment Solutions is a subsidiary of the NCA or that Napoleon Adok holds any shares or receives any benefits from the company is entirely baseless. Bridge Employment Solutions is a legitimate entity that operates within the South Sudanese market, offering services to diverse institutions based on their specific needs. They maintain complete transparency and strictly adhere to proper business practices.
As a matter of honesty, it is important to acknowledge that Bridge Employment Solutions rendered services to the NCA within the confines of its professional jurisdiction. In the present era, the practice of delegating work to external firms is widespread among efficiently governed organizations.
Outsourcing as it is technically referred to, provides organizations with the opportunity to access specialized expertise that may not be available internally, resulting in improved performance and cost efficiency.
The services provided by Bridge Employment Solutions to the NCA were in accordance with professional standards, and Tearz’s claim of impropriety lacks foundation. It is normal for institutions like the NCA to form partnerships with reliable service providers, and this is not an unusual practice.
Tearz’s endeavor to establish a connection between Bridge Employment Solutions and Agok Wel is yet another lie. Agok Wel, in his capacity as an independent business owner, runs a distinctly separate company alongside his partners, with no affiliation to Napoleon Adok, NCA or any connection to Bridge Employment Solutions. His unfounded account of Agok’s alleged ownership of a company, renamed as AWT Enterprise Ltd, is a deliberate trick to mislead the public and deflect attention from the actual problem –“Michael Makuei’s unethical conduct”.
Tearz’s argument not only exhibits a fundamental lack of understanding of business operations and the professional world, but is also deeply flawed. He goes as far as to question if individuals in the business world, like Agok Wel, have the means to afford housing. This line of questioning is not only irrelevant, but it also exposes his lack of understanding of the fundamental principles of entrepreneurship.
Hardworking individuals in the business world diligently endeavor to enhance their quality of life, and acquiring a home is a natural consequence of their pursuits. The assertion made by Tearz, that a thriving individual in the business realm could conceivably lack a place to live, lacks basis and serves as an unnecessary deviation from the primary matters at hand.
His accusation that the NCA unfairly granted employment opportunities is a complete falsehood. The hiring system at the NCA is synchronized to ensure that the best candidates are selected for positions. The NCA has been successful in maintaining a professional workforce and operating effectively, thanks to the merit-based system.
Tearz’s assertion that the NCA, and by extension Napoleon Adok, has had a significant negative effect on the economy of South Sudan is simply laughable. The NCA functions as a regulatory entity§
