JUBA, Saturday (August 10, 2024)—H.E. President Salva Kiir Mayardit traveled to Kigali, Rwanda, this afternoon to attend the inauguration of President Paul Kagame following his re-election victory last month.
Press Secretary Lily Adhieu Martin announced that President Kiir, as the chairperson of the East African Community, will participate in the inauguration ceremony and hold bilateral meetings with President Kagame.
