This money was supposed to be used for essential services in the Ministry of Finance and Planning. Malual Tap Dieu gave the money to his wife who is a member of the National Assembly to use it for bribing the most vocalist members of Parliament. Sources in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning revealed that Malual Tap withdrawn 1.3 billion South Sudanese Pounds on Wednesday and 700 Million South Sudanese Pounds on Thursday. While the citizens suffer from acute poverty and starvation, the breastfeeding kids of South Sudan don’t care about the lives of the people that once persevered for 21 years with hope that the Independent of South Sudan would compensate them and restore smiles on the faces of South Sudanese.
