Kampala  City.  In a dire situation unfolding in Uganda, South Sudanese Diplomats are facing the looming threat of eviction over unpaid rent arrears. Ugandan landlords have issued a stern warning to all diplomats residing across various parts of the city – pay up or face eviction due to months of accumulated unpaid rent.
Reports on the ground have revealed that the South Sudan Embassy in Uganda has been specifically targeted, being asked to vacate the premises due to a staggering 7 months of rent arrears. Failure to comply may result in a forceful eviction.
