JUBA- A former South Sudan United Front/Army (SSUF/A) military spokesperson, Col. Philip Deng Kuol Nguot, hits back at his former boss Gen. Paul Malong Awan as a corrupt political/military figure.
During the interview with Thejubamirror, Col. Philip Deng Kuol said, he stayed with Malong for the last 6 years in Nairobi and knows him more than anyone.
“I stayed with him for good 6 years in Nairobi, and know him more than many people, he has a high attitude of corruption”.
“Besides that, before his exile trip to Nairobi, his intention in Juba was to overthrow President Kiir from the seat just to have enough properties instead of having a dream to legally lead. “Also during his tenure as an army chief, he was over confident and reached to the extent of looting the banks in a day broad light in the capital Juba”. So, associating yourself with Malong Awan could also teach you to become a corrupt and that’s we had to last year pulled out from him in huge number and joined the ruling SPLM before it was too late”. Col. Deng said.
