The Minister of Presidential Affairs, Hon. Joseph Bangasi Bakosoro Indirectly Initiated War Among Gruops of Wealthy People of Bhar El Ghazal Through His Unilateral Decision of Wilson Wol Wek’s Assignment as Executive Director in the Office
On behalf of some Equatorian politicians and anti-regime elements, Hon. Bakosoro has initiated a very destructive war among groups of rich people comprised of government officials and business people. Many people are familiar with Bakosoro’s unchangeable aggressive attitude toward powerful leaders of the Jeing Community. In his entire political career as a famous influential politician who independently contested against the ruling Party SPLM in 2010 and became a strong opposition leader who won the election as a Governor of WES against the then SPLM candidate Jemma Nunu Kumba, he has been working very hard in favour of the regime change domestically and externally. Bakosoro is an open launcher of hatred and war against Kiir’s administration and the Jieng Community as a whole. His speeches and the results of his actions pertaining his hatred and war towards Kiir’s administration and Jieng are all available online, everyone can access them on Google and the official files of NSS.
While in the opposition alliance during his difficult years of a bloody war against Kiir’s regime, Hon. Bakosoro found it very hard to penetrate Kiir’s administration and the Mighty Jieng society as well. So, based on his allies’ advice, he together with his allies cleverly decided on his project, the rejoining the SPLM under Mighty Jieng Community which he succeeded through his personal friends Molana Mayen Wol Jong and Wilson Wol Wek who friendly facilitated his reinstatement to the ruling Party SPLM where he reactivated his links and subscribed himself to the centre of Jieng’s energy and resources.
Hon. Bakosoro was advised to return to SPLM through any of his trusted friends or allies from Gogrial in order to ease the tension between him and SPLM which he abandoned and regain or restore the trust between him and President Kiir. Exactly it happened accordingly. Now he got back absolute trust and full cordial work relations with President Kiir and Jieng elites while he is on his old mission and nobody understands what he is after.
Hon. Bakosoro upon assuming his historical highest office in the Country willfully decided and pressed the war button. The war is designed to start and spread among specific powerful groups of wealthy Government officials and business people from within Jieng society. Minister Bakosoro tactically used advanced methods of initiating war by using his good boy from Jieng, Wilson Wol Wek whom he forcefully appointed into his Office as Executive Director knowing DG Akol Koor would back him since Wol disclosed that Gen. Akol Koor has an interest in him in which he is expected to help him with intelligence reports on official communications between President Kiir and Minister Bakosoro on daily basis. After the confirmation of Wol Wek’s controversial assignment through the above endorsement by Security Chief Gen. Akol Koor Kuc who is another godfather of Wilson Wol Wek, Bakosoro with his hidden mission against The Mighty Jieng Community and his good boy Wol Wek who is desperately in need of power to fight individual government officials whom he sees to be sworn enemies of his political allies Molana Mayen Wol Jong and Gen. Akol Koor Kuc set down in a closed-door meeting and came up with a war plan for implementation as follows;
The war in details according to clues obtained from Amb. Ajing Deng Adjing of Presidential Protocol: Wilson Wol Wek laid out the need to use available means to fight a war on behalf of a group of the following dignitaries;
1. Molana Mayen Wol Jong
2. Hon. Tut Gatluak Manime
3. Kur Ajing Ater
4. Paulino Ding Madol
5. Kuol Fidel Majok
6. Napoleon Adok Gai
Against a group of the following people;
1. Dr. Benjamin Bol Mel.
2. Hon. Michael Makuei Lueth.
3. Gen. Lual Wek Guem
4. Gen. Manasa Machar Bol.
5. Dr. William Anyak Deng.
6. Hon. Barnabas Bak Chol.
7. Hon. Kiir Yor Lual aka Kiir Malol.
Their war is proposing the following things to be done starting in January 2024 onwards;
1. Tiger Division Commander to be redeployed outside Juba as a sector commander.
2. Immediate dismissal of Gen. Manasa Machar Bol from his current position and to be kept without assignment for a certain period of time.
3. The group intend to object to Bol Mel’s contracts and payments in a tricky approach which would not anger President Kiir or Adut Kiir who are the main players behind the ARC business.
4. MoP Undersecretary Dr. William Anyak and NILEPET’s MD Bernard Amuor are to be instructed to work only with Hon. Bakosoro, Hon. Tut Gatluak and DG Akol Koor.
5. Meanwhile, Kiir Malol is going to be replaced with Joseph Anyak Lual.
6. Akol Santo Arech to replace Molana Bang Wieu as a Private Secretary to President Kiir.
7. It is planned for one from Hon. Agak Achuil Lual, Molana Mayen Wol or Hon. Malual Tap as a replacement for Minister Dr. Barnabas Bak Chol.
8. Kuol Fidel Majok to be a replacement for Gen. Manasa Machar Bol.
9. Napoleon Adok Gai is to be appointed as a replacement for Hon. Michael Makuei.
10. Some politicians and Bakosoro have agreed on a certain misleading statement which is going to be secretly spread to incite many people against President Salva Kiir Mayardit. Some people will told separately that President Kiir is very unhappy with you or them especially those who have lost positions and ones going to lose their jobs are going to be misinformed that you were dismissed based on directives of President Salva Kiir Mayardit.
Many top officials have aggressively pressurized Bakosoro to revoke the appointment of Wilson Wol Wek but he kept telling people that he is going to sack Wol in 3 months’ time but the truth is that Bakosoro and Gen. Akol Koor secretly greed to maintain Wol Wek as Executive Director in the office of Presidential Affairs Minister even when Bakosoro exit later. Wol Wek is absolutely unaware of the war Bakosoro is fighting. He only understands the small interests around a misunderstanding of Molana Mayen Wol and some of the above-mentioned dignitaries. DG Akol Koor is the one who clearly knows what Bakosoro is doing but Akol Koor has some big interests he is trying to achieve through this time of Bakosoro’s regional war.
Hon. Tut Gatluak Manime and Hon. Yel Luol Koor were approached to join the war alongside them but they were very reserved toward them.
It is a matter of time and all these will come to light very soon one by one as long as Bakosoro is holding the Office!
