The young activists are Morris Mabor, Peter Ajak Biar, Simon Yan in Renk county and Raphael Zarahris among others. Let the pardoning of these young activists be the gift of the year to our society and their families.

As much as the presidency directed their subordinate authorities to make civic and political space open or unrestricted still practices of restrictive civic and political space especially for other political parties is highly experienced across the country. Recently some members of the ruling party in some states were observed involved in pushing state authorities to restrict civic and political space for other political parties
Political decisions are required from the top leadership on deciding the pathway to ending the political transitional process, when will these decisions be made?
What are the assurance that new proposal for Kenya peace talk initiative will be Bette than the Rome Peace Talks?

It will impressive to the nation if president can speak also to the following concerns released of the constituency development fund promised by president to the nation; resolution of the ongoing deadly violence among our communities; the frictions of the states political leaders that undermines state performance in delivering social service to the citizens; the welfare of the redeployed forces and the rollout of the final face of the unification of the forces; strategies to meeting the givens preconditions for lifting of the Unities Nations arms embargo on South Sudan; speedy establishment of transitional justice process through timely enactment of the transitional justice bills before the parliament and finally operationalization of African Union Convention on Internal Displaced Persons known as Kampala convention on IDPs. CEPO is urging president to direct the relevant government institutions on domestication of the recent ratified and signed United Nations human Rights treaties or conventions especially the UN convention on the rights of persons with disabilities among others.
