Undersecretary Molana Mayen Wol is making tough and dangerous decisions and actions of massive corruption by employing his family members and close relatives including his trusted son-in-law Mayen Joseph Buong Anyar whom he employed in his office as supervisor, a position which never existed in the payroll of MoP but Molana Mayen Wol created that position for his son-in-law. Now, Mayen Buong and Wilson Wol are dictating everything in all offices of both executives and non-executives on behalf of Molana Mayen Wol.
He is taking cash money from all Departments of MoP, especially the CD Department and depositing them into his offshore personal bank accounts outside the country. All Contracts in the oil sector right away from MoP and JOCs are being taxed by Molana Mayen Wol and his associates. Molana Mayen and his boy Wilson Wol Wek are committing this massive corruption under the condition of what they called their last chance in Kiir Mayar’s Government. It is beyond corruption. Too damaging!
It is so disturbing and surprising that Undersecretary Molana Mayen, in some private meetings is threatening to sue President Kiir at the East African Court of Law for his damaged reputation in the previous case of signature forgery in the Presidency. Mayen Wol claims that President Kiir cannot sack him because of the secret agreement between him and the President which ruled that Kiir will not remove Mayen Wol from the Government as long he Kiir is still a President. “Kiir cannot dismiss me because he damaged my reputation in the previous case of signature forgery in the Presidency”, Mayen said.
Mayen Wol also claims that he can not be sacked because he is the one paying all bills of housekeeping internally and externally for First Lady Mary Ayen Mayardit. This is ridiculous because the First Lady apart from being the First Lady of the Republic runs her own organization called Concern South Sudan which can foot her bills, so this claim by the long-serving Undersecretary Mayen is meant to blackmail the First Family and is not something that holds water. A child can not believe that.
