- We tried politically to decampaign Manhiem by spreading documents of the dura case, SPLM money in Wau, claims about Governor Manhiem’s overstay in Juba, and Facebook propaganda, We mobilized State MPs, SPLM State Secretariat, Chiefs of Warrap Communities and some officials within his Government to be united against the leadership of Governor Manhiem Bol Malek to be removed in the Governorship yet we did not succeed to remove him.
- We also created and sponsored some communal conflicts within Warrap State Community and some neighbouring States and Administrative Areas and this plan is causing insecurity in some areas in Warrap State. We all need to put much effort into increasing insecurity to let Manhiem be removed.
- We set up a team to engage diehard supporters of Governor Manhiem within his Government and outside the Government to distance themselves from supporting him. And so far, we have some privileges for those members who will agree with us, some will be awarded with lump sum money, and others will get white-collar jobs in the oil sector and NRA as soon as they immediately stop supporting Manhiem and give us the necessary information are enough to remove him.
- We also selected our peace maker, 2nd Lt Maker Yuol Majuol to mediate peace and reconcile Governor Manhiem + Michael Wetnhialic with the group of Benjamin Bang Bang, Tong Mading Aleu, Athuai Athuai Achuil, Ariech Mayar Ariech and other members of our group. This peace strategy is to blindfold Governor Manhiem and give us enough space to stab him in the back so that we can uproot him from the position and politically. And by the way, the big man Gen. Akol Koor assured some members of his camp that the peace we are trying to achieve with Manhiem is not a real peace but a way to keep him in a close fight.
- We resolved that our immediate peace and reconciliation with Governor Manhiem is to let him trust us once again in order to incorporate us in the list of organizing committees of the upcoming Interstates and Administrative Areas Conference that is going to take place in Kuacjok, the Capital of Warrap State in September 2023. A program which was initiated by the President of the Republic who directed the Governors and Chief Administrators of Bhar El Ghazal States and Unity State to disseminate peace and unity amongst the neighbouring States and Administrative Areas to immediately cease cattle raiding and to co-exist peacefully.
- This group is overconfident that they are in control of H.E President Salva Kiir Mayardit through Vice President Hussien, Hon. Tut Gatluak Manime Presidential Security Advisor, Gen. Akol Koor Kuc DG for ISB, and Gen. Manyang Manhom Awan head of Presidential protection and in some sensitive cases they usually use CDF Santino Deng Wol and Gen. Lual Wek Guem Maroldit the Commander of Presidential Guards to influence President to serve their interests. In the meantime, this group is divided over the activities for the removal of Governor Manhiem as some proposed his removal while others are rejecting the removal because Governor Manhiem is doing the needed work for SPLM and Warrap as a whole.
Notably, this firsthand information was leaked to us by their own agent who was part of the meeting and the name withheld. Perhaps we urged all the communities of Warrap State, senior politicians, military officers, leaders from neighbouring States and the national Government of South Sudan to be watchful about the hidden agenda carried out by these members of that identified group which is disturbing peace and development in Warrap State and its neighbouring States. We are recommending this because they are not targeting Governor Manhiem alone but they have bigger things than this after they have succeeded in removing Governor Manhiem Bol.
This group is well organized and fully committed to implementing teamwork activities by employing their members in some strategic positions at all Government institutions and other private sectors for easy coordination of their group’s activities. This group is working hard to ensure any capable person who is not loyal to them and their team leader must be blackmailed and kept hostage until he or she becomes submissive to them and this has been done to several leaders and individuals.
In the same way, they used to exaggerate their dangerous propaganda blackmailing of leaders and individuals and report them to high authority for execution. In return, they always make sure any person in disagreement with them while in any position is subjected for removal at the State or national level and they replace him or her with their loyal member to come and covertly carry out activities that favour their agenda.
