Mr Edmund Yakani, Executive Director of Cepo says it is a remarkable gesture from South Sudanese laborers in canceling the celebrations of the work labour day in solidarity with Sudan laborers
This is great act for peace lovers. Laborers are normally ignored in South Sudan by their leaders because the their leaders attitudes of not acknowledging the importance of laborers
In marking this world labor day in South Sudan in May 2023, CEPO is urging the national ministers of labour and national minister of public services to constitute an assessment mission to assess the office working relationship between the laborers and their their supervisors.
Evidences are merging out that some political leaders likes ministers and some undersecretaries and Director generals are totally bully to their subordinates
. Subordinates are suspended without reasons by some ministers, some subordinates are bully to work like donkeys under stressful environment. It is time to establish functional employees justice chamber.
