The office of the Head of the White .South Sudan and the world at large that we are not fighting the government forces, the SSPDF. We are not fighting the vulnerable and innocent Murle women ,elderly and children. Our prime mission is to hunt down the marauding Murle criminals who have been terrorising us ,who have been carrying out wanton killings of pedestrians along the high-ways especially targetting students, women and childen, slaying unarmed farmers and abducting children and raiding our cattle.
It is in the annals of history that the Murle have dislodged us from our historical ancestral lands and this is known to all and sundry. Despite that we struck several deals with Murle Community leaders to cease hostilities, stop child abduction, desist from high way killings and cattle raiding, the Murle criminals have always continued to
dishonor them and to engage in their negative and hostile criminal activities .
The acceptance and adherence to the spirit and letter of the Pieri Peace Agreement and many
others is misconstrued for weakness by these ruthless criminal Murle Youth.
Therefore,having resolved to track down these heartless Mulre criminals and deal with
them at all costs, we would like to make the following points clear
We strongly advise the government forces to remain in their positions and not to attack us or fight alongside the Murle criminals. The Lou Nuer White Army would not tolerate the situation that the Fangak White Army were subjected to by the same government which is supposed to treat all the citizens of this country equal.
The Lou Nuer White Army Youth are not rebels as alleged by the SSPDF Spokesman. We are a
civil defense force with a duty to protect the lives of our people and their properties. We want to assure the public in general ,ICRC and other Human rights Agencies in particular that the women,children,elderly and men with no guns that we have captured are in safe hands and being taken care of . As soon as we accomplish our mission,we shall hand them over to the government or ICRC unconditionally
We are not enemies of the Government of the Republic of South Sudan but we reserve
the natural right of self-defense; should they dare to attack us or side with the Murle criminals.We have no case with government of the GPAA provided that they maintain
their boundaries.
The central objective of this fight is to hunt down and pursue the Murle criminals and gangs who have been causing us havoc,sleepless nights and instability. We are aware of the reckless and biased statements being issued by the government paid agents but this wouldn’t scare or dissuade us from engaging Murle terrorists to the last point.
